The candidate must have excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing knowledge in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive individual who is comfortable leading teams and developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and tools to improve the firm’s knowledge management efficiency.

Responsibilities

– Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
– Lead knowledge management projects by planning, executing, and closing projects.
– Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
– Establish and maintain processes and tools for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge and information.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet their knowledge management needs.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and make recommendations for improvement.
– Manage and mentor a team of knowledge management professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to knowledge management, including data privacy and security.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or related field.
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies, such as content management systems, intranets, and collaboration platforms.
– Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and best practices.
– Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
