Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to create models, reports, and KPIs for insightful marketing program optimization.
  • Work with Sales and Business Intelligence teams to establish foundational datasets aligning operations with data-driven outcomes.
  • Establish connections between marketing data sources (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Business Objects, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and address issues at the source when problems arise.
  • Conduct data enrichment and cleansing for the Marketing database.
  • Develop strategies to target marketing programs to specific database segments.
  • Create calculated fields in datasets using formulas or SQL.
  • Drive interpretation, socialization, enablement, and adoption of marketing analysis across all levels of the organization.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly dashboards to optimize marketing investments, lead scoring, and assess marketing initiative effectiveness.
  • Generate graphs, reports, presentations, and dashboards to monitor key success metrics for the Marketing team and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing large datasets, preferably in marketing operations, digital operations, or revenue operations.
  • Understanding of marketing, sales, and channel funnels.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Campaign Member data.
  • Proficiency in presenting clear and concise reports, infographics, and charts to diverse audiences using visual reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Strong presentation skills to convey data insights in a relatable manner for non-analytics professionals.
  • Technical aptitude, qualitative analytical skills, advanced problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of using data to enhance pipeline creation.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based work with extended periods of sitting or standing, primarily computer-based tasks.
  • Limited lifting, and equipment usage focused on computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.).
