Position Description

Hanger Clinic, a world-renowned orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) service provider, is looking for a Remote Manager of Market Intelligence. The Manager of Market Intelligence will be a strategic adviser and analytical expert supporting the Marketing and commercial teams. They will be responsible for providing analytical insights that will help shape Hanger’s commercial strategies and business decisions.

Responsibilities

– Lead market intelligence projects for Hanger’s portfolio and contribute to strategic insights sharing across the company
– Communicate and align key internal stakeholders around market research and analytics objectives and outputs, explain approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats
– Initiate and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects
– Research national and local market dynamics, trends, and segmentations; customer groups including patients, physicians, and hospitals; utilization analyses including procedures, claims, product and service portfolio
– Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders or senior management

Qualifications

– BA or BS with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred
– 6+ years experience in market research, data analytics, or strategic analysis in healthcare-related industries
– Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Excel, skills in using statistical software (SQL skills a plus)
– Excellent primary research and secondary analytical skills required
– Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills
– Critical thinking skills; ability to translate data and learning into actionable recommendations
– Motivated and self-driven
– A good team player

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $100,000 to $130,000 + 10% annual bonus. Hanger Clinic’s salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location, and other variables.
