We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies based on business objectives. This remote position involves managing marketing programs across various media channels, leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering insights to the leadership team. Additionally, you will oversee marketing automation technologies and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Location: Remote position with 10-20% travel required

Responsibilities:

Business Development and Funnel Management (30%)

• Translate marketing needs into operational processes and automated solutions.
• Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack.
• Optimize data enrichment activities for lead prioritization.
• Develop and manage a lead funnel to measure lead progress.
• Create lead engagement and nurturing programs.
• Monitor data capture and analytics to measure marketing and sales performance.

Marketing Strategy and Brand (20%)

• Create or revise annual marketing strategy, including brand positioning and messaging.
• Conduct market research and provide marketplace intelligence.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate marketing initiatives for all stages of the lead funnel.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice in the marketing technology agency vertical.

Marketing Technology (20%)

• Act as the business owner and advocate for marketing technology.
• Grow and maintain the marketing database.
• Stay informed about marketing operations and technology trends.

Marketing Execution (10%)

• Develop, manage, and execute campaigns across various channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure privacy and consent-related compliance.

Event Management (10%)

• Manage attendance at trade shows and industry events.
• Prepare event-related materials or promotional items.

Team Management (HR) (10%)

• Support building a team that promotes the company and delivers engaged leads.
• Enforce KPIs and measure performance goals.
• Provide training and coaching to the team for client engagement excellence.

Consultancy Promotion (Ad Hoc)

• Represent the agency at industry functions.
• Contribute to internal infrastructure growth.
• Contribute to thought-leadership/marketing initiatives and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing/demand generation experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing agency services.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua).
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years of marketing data analysis experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in B2B marketing programs.
