Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team focused on influencer and ambassador programs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer and ambassador strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
  • Define clear objectives, KPIs, budgets, and metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers and ambassadors in line with brand values and target audience.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee influencer and ambassador campaigns, including budgeting, content creation, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor budgets, spending, and ROI to maximize program impact, including running P&L reports.
  • Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to create authentic and engaging content showcasing products or services.
  • Work with video storytelling and acquisition teams to leverage influencers and ambassadors for high-performing user-generated content in ads.
  • Monitor and measure partnership performance using analytics tools and metrics to assess brand reach, engagement, and sales impact.
  • Create, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements with influencers and ambassadors, ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical guidelines and aligns with brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Understanding of direct response marketing and performance-based influencer strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Familiarity with influencer management tools and software.
  • 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 3 years of experience in performance-based influencer/ambassador programs.
  • 2 years of people management experience.
  • Track record of launching and scaling influencer programs.
  • Existing relationships with wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing technology tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Salary Range: Anticipated salary range is $90,200-$120,300, plus annual and monthly KPI bonus potential, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
