We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a part-time temporary role responsible for overseeing influencer and brand ambassador campaigns across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness and revenue through influencer content on various social platforms and provide insightful campaign reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end strategy and execution of influencer marketing and brand ambassador campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencer and ambassador partners.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms.
  • Project-manage influencer campaigns, ensuring timely gifting, payments, and VIP projects.
  • Collaborate with PR to optimize influencer posting and earned media value.
  • Amplify influencer content across paid and organic channels.
  • Conduct weekly influencer strategy meetings, share progress, and maximize program value.
  • Coordinate with the in-house content team to align social media strategy with overall content plans.
  • Report on campaign performance and make ROI-driven recommendations.
  • Manage influencer sourcing and tracking platform.
  • Identify and manage paid brand partnership opportunities.
  • Explore synergies across the Havenly portfolio and multi-brand marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in analyzing and acting on marketing data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with organic and paid social media.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Mavrck, Tagger, Aspire).
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of social media and performance marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
  • Interior design and home furnishings experience is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • Part-time temporary position (20-30 hrs per week) from Dec 4, 2023, through March 29, 2024.
  • Denver, CO headquarters, or open to qualified remote candidates.
  • Targeted compensation range: $35-50/hour, dependent on experience.
  • Position not eligible for benefits.
