Responsibilities:

The Compliance Manager (CM) is in charge of inspiring a group of people who are in charge of disseminating the ATP-CTP and Contract Training Programs in order to deliver high-quality ATP-CTP and Contract teaching. supervision of instructor recruitment, choice, qualification, and ongoing training for the program. supervision of curriculum creation and upkeep. The CM is the point of contact for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which oversees compliance with regulations across all FAA-approved programs. At Delta Professional Services (DPS), a fully-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, this job will be under the direction of the president.

  • Contact the ATP-CTP Program Manager to determine the staffing needs and target needs.
  • It is your responsibility to find, enlist, and support ATP-CTP and contract instructors.
  • Oversee the initial and ongoing qualifying training for instructors and evaluators.
  • FAR Part 142 Certificate maintenance
  • Keep track of the program and the instructors.
  • Assure adherence to all relevant FAA requirements.
  • Be certain you follow Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) regulations.
  • Upkeep of all core and specialist curricula that have received FAA approval.
  • Oversee the creation of the courseware with subject matter specialists.
  • Accountable for fostering ongoing improvements in instructor performance and ensuring quality control.
  • Work with customers to determine the hardware and software needs for the curriculum and training equipment.
  • Create and disseminate ATP-CTP and contract training employee communications on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Having an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) and at least two years of experience as an air carrier operating under 14 CFR Part 121.
  • Familiar with the operations and training requirements for airlines as outlined in 14 CFR Parts 61, 91, 121, 125, 135, 137, 141, and 142.
  • Possession of the qualifications required to become an ATP-CTP instructor as outlined in FAA Advisory Circular AC 61-138.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills.
  • A strong knowledge of computers, particularly Microsoft Office 365 and other Delta/DPS programs.
  • Solid abilities for course development
  • The capacity to strengthen relationships within Delta Airlines Flight Operations by working across multi-divisional groups.
