The Manager, IT Proj Manager role is in charge of overseeing a number of intricate programs and projects that could cross various business lines and/or be highly dependent on other sizable projects. Project management strategies must be applied and modified with experience when dealing with very complicated assignments that have significant associated risks and high visibility.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

• At least 90,000
• The most: 180,000

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management or program management for at least five years is preferred.
• Working knowledge in managing or leading highly complex projects in a PMO (Project Mgt Office) environment.
• Expert experience of using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and CA Clarity PPM.
• Capable of guiding and instructing others to enhance their project management tool knowledge and proficiency.
• Extensive expertise of IT infrastructure, networks, and applications in the healthcare sector.
• A minimum of five years of experience managing projects, handling at least one significant, difficult effort.
• Knowledge of carrying out difficult projects
• A thorough understanding of project management strategies and procedures.
• Have experience creating presentations; having successfully delivered presentations of a high caliber in meetings at the executive level.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Experience to the Equal
