We are looking to add a Network Ecosystem Success Manager to our commercial and DAO team. Who actively discusses ETH staking, MEV, Rollups, and decentralized node running services and is well-versed in the Ethereum environment.
This position will play a key role in our protocol-centric research, which helps us develop and improve our efforts to integrate protocols. To concentrate on the most important part of articulating the value proposition with the Ethereum Ecosystem, the candidate must have extremely data-driven methodologies and research skills.
This is not an analyst position; to gather feedback from users and the ecosystem, the candidate must actively engage them. If you are seeking for a passive position, this is not the position for you.
Responsibilities:
- Network DAO involvement, implementation of builders-growth strategies, and oversight of growth proposals and token incentive schemes for protocol adoption are responsibilities.
- Create content, improve resources on the forum for ecosystem partners and Ethereum, hold workshops, and work with other communities to promote more equitable MEV, LSD, and ETH staking opportunities.
- In order to improve the onboarding materials, instructional videos, documentation repackaging, etc. for Blockswap products, facilitate hands-on integration resource support by collaborating with possible partners and integrations. By proactively identifying a POC for their product, you may translate an integration.
- Keep track of the community-driven build projects, develop partnerships, and collaborate closely with the marketing and engineering teams to consistently provide the best ecosystem experience.
- You must be knowledgeable on both the Blockswap protocols and the adjacent fields, like ETH LSD re-staking, collectives that run decentralized nodes, MEV staking, MPC services, etc.
Requirements:
- You have extensive knowledge of the Staking ecosystem, DeFi, and the Ethereum blockchain.
- By organizing and managing co-marketing campaigns and putting them into action with the DAO’s assistance, you will conduct research on new protocols and tools updates in the Ethereum, Rollups, and other EVM chains, find prospective use cases and partners, and foster ties with other projects.
- To ensure the success of product integration, holistic product positioning and messaging that is based on research and data should be used.
- Promote the product’s features and their potential to drive product launches, press releases, social media, co-marketing with partners, and incentive programs in general. You should also engage in discussions to become a community leader in demand for feedback.
- Create both lengthy and brief materials, such as blogs, research papers, or social media postings, outlining Blockswap’s core offerings and raising awareness.
Qualifications
- This position is perfect for someone with experience in web3 DAO protocol expansion who wants to collaborate with various business units while delivering protocol growth and integrations.
- Performing advocacy, evangelism, or technical walkthroughs for a well-known project geared toward developers (this is a requirement for the candidate)
- Jobs with development potential and experience in marketing, community management, social media, DAO management, etc. for at least two years
- English native with strong writing and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to communicate difficult ideas with a depth of understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and running decentralized nodes in a more understandable way to both general and specialized audiences.
- A high-performance self-starter feels at home in workplaces that prioritize remote work.
- Promote an inclusive and uplifting community culture while adhering to the network growth principle.
- Excellent knowledge of Twitter, Discourse, and Discord.
