Building developer-focused toolkits for the Biconomy SDK and related infrastructure will be the responsibility of a Blockchain Engineering Manager who will oversee a diverse and dynamic team of enthusiastic developers.

We are searching for someone who is driven to improve UX in Web3, has experience leading a team of engineers, and understands how to set up a team for success. In addition, we’ll be looking for you to be proactive in this position, think creatively and solve problems, all while being able to cut through the noise in the market. Additionally, you should have proved your domain experience in smart contracts by constructing and optimizing bundlers or relayers or by working on wallet infrastructure in the past.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical strategy and architecture for the function in collaboration with the CTO.
• Build infrastructure and toolkits geared toward developers for the Biconomy SDK by leading a team of blockchain developers.
• Maintain and advance the modular design of the Biconomy SDK through a hands-on approach.
• Ensuring that the SDK works with new blockchains like ZKEVMs, L2, and others
• Keep up with the latest news and developments in the blockchain industry.
• Establish connections with the developer community and facilitate conversations with technical partners.
• Setting new, higher standards for the engineering department will help Biconomy maintain its position as the industry leader in the account abstraction space.
• Deciding on engineering issues with the team and on its behalf

Requirements:

• 2+ years of blockchain development experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• 2+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Expert Domain Knowledge with Relayers, Bundlers, Smart Contract Wallets, and Account Abstraction.
• Technical expertise in consensus processes, top blockchain protocols, and the most recent developments in the field.
• Directing technical projects internally and working internally across teams.
• Generating fresh concepts and sharing them with the entire team.
• A track record of concentrating on developer experience.
• Writing clean, well-tested, modular code and unit test cases with ease.
