The Client Experience Manager II serves as the assigned business segment’s client relationship liaison. carries out the role of the primary point of contact for assigned health plans. facilitates Health Plan meetings to discuss escalating problems, provide updates on emerging challenges, and reach agreements. is a client-consulting resource for eviCore products and programs. keeps track of client issues that need inquiry, collaboration, and research to be resolved. uses internal resources in collaboration to address client challenges. identifies and resolves a variety of issues for the given health plans using data and facts. Delivers verbal and written messages that are timely and effective to audiences inside and beyond the company.
Responsibilities:
- Determines and implements modifications to our service/management processes and procedures that are necessary to best and most efficiently fulfill the needs of our health plan partners after assessing their needs.
- To ensure effective and efficient end-to-end problem-solving, partners with internal groups.
- Track and trend important issues that need inquiry, escalation, or cooperation between matrix partners to be resolved.
- Resolves escalating, difficult, and delicate provider issues by working with matrix partners and other corporate resources.
- Offers solutions to enhance overall services with a value-oriented approach.
- To assure satisfaction, comprehend business demands, take part in developing solutions, and effectively explain solutions.
- Effectively communicates verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences.
- Plan, organize, and host a productive meeting.
- Data and reporting obligations on an as-needed and routine basis.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Desired 2 years of relevant client management experience
- Preferably with healthcare industry experience
- Shown abilities in oral and writing communication as well as presenting
- Strong capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and organize information
- High level of customer service focus
- Demonstrated aptitude for working with other teams or departments to solve problems
- Possessing the capacity to autonomously manage time and adhere to strict client deadlines
If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
We anticipate paying this position an annual salary between 59,500 and 99,100 USD, depending on relevant aspects like experience and location.
Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
