Responsibilities:

We are looking for a varied, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual who can mentor and build a group of software development professionals. To ensure organizational adherence to legal requirements and internal policies and procedures, the primary duty is to direct, coach, and develop an industry-leading controls monitoring program. promotes specialized knowledge and skills by assisting, educating, and developing other team members. directs the management of CMAS team members. follows the organization’s policies and procedures when performing supervisory duties. Additional managerial duties include conducting interviews, hiring, and training for staff members; planning, allocating, and supervising work; rewarding and disciplining staff members; responding to complaints, and solving issues.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of expertise in Python object-oriented programming for use in professional software development.
• Strong knowledge of other programming languages (VBA, C#, PowerShell)
• Extensive knowledge of relational database languages and tools (SQL, PostGreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio)
• Knowledge of IT security, computer networking, and agile software development
• Strong background in team building and mentorship.
• Improved people management abilities in a big, diversified workforce.
• A demonstrated capacity for working in cross-functional teams, interacting with colleagues in different departments and positions, and creating large-scale processes
• High levels of independence and autonomy in work performance.
• The capacity to effectively explain security-related concepts to a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical workers requires strong written and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory reports like SOX, SOC1, SOC2, and PCI is preferred.
• An appropriate IT security certification is preferred, such as CEH, CSSLP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM.

If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
We anticipate paying between 111,700 and 186,100 USD per year for this role, depending on relevant aspects like experience and location.
Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
