Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of strategic and transformational GSG initiatives and programs is one of the responsibilities of the position.
- Participate in high-impact strategic projects sponsored by executives in key priority areas (product development, market sizing, global expansion, and membership strategy).
- Setting strategic direction, identifying projects, establishing deliverables, setting milestones for projects, and assigning work as necessary.
- Managing project scope, sequencing, and prioritization. Developing communications and updates for key stakeholders and leadership.
- Partnering with all impacted groups throughout the organization to ensure strategy and procedural alignment. Synthesizing insights from various sources and using frameworks to logically connect them.
- The ability to manage detailed plans and to quickly identify and escalate project risks and concerns to ensure that the greatest possible business advantages are realized.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
Strong project management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with three years of project management experience and shift hours that correspond to US working hours.
Salary: $80,000 to $155,000 a year, with bonuses and benefits
