A reputable mid-sized Seattle full-service legal firm is looking for a litigation lawyer to support their landlord/tenant disputes and eviction cases, with the option to expand your practice into other areas in line with your interests.
Responsibilities:
- A litigator is a person who enjoys being in court.
- An attorney seeking mentorship (or not) who is interested in the partnership track
- A productive team player with a strong work ethic
The position offers a DOE base salary that is competitive and ranges from 125 to 135k for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience, as well as additional incentive pay that is based on individual revenue earnings.

Requirements:
The following qualifications apply to the ideal applicant for this position:
- Strong academic credentials as a lawyer
- A valid Washington bar license that is active
- 2-4 years of legal experience, with extra points awarded for eviction, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant, or prosecution experience
- Personal connections to the Greater Seattle area
- Possibility of being present in the workplace for a hybrid remote structure aside from court dates
