A successful mid-sized civil litigation defense practice is looking to add an attorney to its staff. The ideal candidate for an attorney position will have at least 4 complete years of civil litigation experience in Arizona. Experience in insurance defense is preferred but not necessary.
This company wants the attorney to work onsite for the first month before allowing him or her to work four days a week from home. This lawyer must reside in and be able to travel to Tempe, Arizona.
This attorney will oversee a caseload of roughly 25 cases and handle litigation matters from the beginning. Among the tasks will include handling court appearances on your own, taking and defending depositions, discovery, preparing motions, and getting ready for trial.
