Responsibilities:

A list of the principal duties (not all of them) is as follows:

• Assembles teams made up of supply chain, engineering, marketing, cabin maintenance, and other departments, assigns cross-divisional tasks, and develops and maintains a project schedule.
• Reports expenses, creates funding allocations, and explains cost differences between anticipated and actual costs.
• Oversees assigned cabin commodities, keeps an eye on the condition of the fleet and the aircraft, and promotes dependability in the key cabin programs.
• Schedules and coordinates the work for the initiatives, programs, and resources that are highly interdependent.
• Creates tactical and strategic programs that foster a safety-conscious culture and employee safety & wellbeing.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

• A&P mechanics license or a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject, such as engineering, math, finance, or business, along with a track record of innovative problem-solving and project management expertise are preferred.
• Should have at least three years of experience in the field.
• Must be prepared to work some weekends during AOG periods and be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must be doing a satisfactory job in their current role.
• Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
• Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
• Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
• Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.

WHAT (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE

• It is desirable if you have knowledge of or experience with TechOps and fleet modifications.
• PMP Certification and a master’s degree are preferred.
• It is desirable if you have prior managerial experience.
