Responsibilities:

• To draft motions in limine, you must have experience and confidence in your abilities.
• Motions to compel, objections to demurrer, and MSJs are additional motion types that you might be authoring.
• Maintaining adherence to established templates
• Drafting of laws and motions, meetings with stakeholders, and trial preparation are among the tasks.
• Writing and research in law

Requirements:

• Must be an active, in good standing member of the California State Bar.
• Knowledge of California’s procedural laws
• Must have prior experience drafting motions, particularly motions in limine, in civil proceedings
• Outstanding analytical and time management abilities
• Powerful communication abilities
• High level of detail
• To help in this fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere, the ability to move swiftly and accurately is a must. Tech-savvy with the ability to use a variety of software packages
