Position Description

As a Knowledge Management Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and developing methodologies to manage organizational knowledge to enhance innovation and collaboration across various teams. You will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and capture critical knowledge, integrate knowledge management systems and tools and enhance a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.

Responsibilities

– Develop and apply strategies for creating, managing, and sharing knowledge.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and collect organization’s critical knowledge.
– Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and tools to facilitate the collection, storage, and sharing of knowledge.
– Develop training and communication programs promoting knowledge sharing and awareness.
– Lead knowledge management projects to ensure accomplishment of timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information science, technical writing, knowledge management, or related fields.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or related fields.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical employees.
– Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
– Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and ownership.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other cross-functional teams.
– Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
– Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, emerging trends in knowledge management, and organizational development.
