We are assembling a results-oriented team of Junior Sales Representatives for our outside sales division in North America to accomplish organizational objectives and boost sales. As a Junior Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be engaging existing customers to promote new product solutions while fostering strong partnerships between our customers and our company. You will also play a crucial role in developing and qualifying new business opportunities within targeted markets, utilizing techniques such as cold calling, event participation, prospecting, and customer support. Please note that this role may require overnight travel, especially during trade show events across the US.
You will be paired with an existing outside sales representative within a designated sales territory, making teamwork essential. To thrive in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in executing successful prospecting, conducting engaging conversations, scheduling calls and appointments, and efficiently managing, tracking, and optimizing prospecting campaigns is critical. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of previous outside sales experience. Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services through a structured training and development program.
- Expand the Anatomage product portfolio among existing customers by thoroughly understanding their needs.
- Conduct daily sales outreach, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings at educational institutions such as Medical Education Schools (Universities, Colleges, High Schools), as well as networking events like trade shows.
- Grow Anatomage’s client base by converting leads into accounts and identifying additional needs within existing accounts.
- Maintain regular follow-up with established contacts.
- Collaborate effectively with existing Outside Sales Representatives.
- Develop and present product and service quotes.
- Assist in completing Request for Proposals (RFPs) when necessary.
- Manage prospecting campaigns in a CRM system, including detailed notes on activities, conversations, and future steps.
- Contact both warm and cold leads, establishing relationships, delivering value, and scheduling calls with the sales team.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the internal team using email, phone, Slack, and Zoom video calls.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to travel between 25% to 50% of the time.
