Job Description: Evolve is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Systems, you will collaborate with a team of engineers to provide exceptional technology support. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining operating systems, implementing IT solutions, ensuring system availability, monitoring for potential issues, and improving processes. You will also work closely with the Information Security team to enhance system security.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and SaaS applications.
• Design and implement IT solutions in areas like Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, and Security.
• Ensure system and infrastructure availability through updates and patching.
• Monitor and resolve potential bottlenecks, collaborating with colleagues for solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for user administration, security, and hardware management.
• Implement process improvements across departments.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to enhance system security.
• Manage licensing and assets of enterprise technology.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management tools (Okta, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with Zero-trust security and network connectivity.
• Experience with laptop fleet management and MDM or UEM solutions.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Detailed knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing a large user base.
• Strong technical project management skills.
• Understanding of data security compliance, including PCI.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications like GSuite, Microsoft365, Slack, and Zoom.
