Job Description: Join PepsiCo in a highly visible role where you will shape, create, and deliver world-class technology capabilities and solutions to drive global growth across all functions. As the IT Lead for Corporate Finance (Control, Tax, Shared Services), your role is to partner with business teams, IT, and external vendors to develop strategies and implement solutions supporting business operations. Your responsibilities will encompass issue resolution, strategy development, digital transformation, and more. This is a business-facing role with interaction across various IT facets, including Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps, Information Security, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when necessary.
• Engage with Enterprise Solutions DevSecOps and Third-Party Vendors to support business capability roadmaps.
• Work with Information Security to vet new Third-party vendors for Legacy Applications.
• Define and drive strategy for future business capabilities in collaboration with business teams.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business capabilities.
• Assess Agile/DevSecOps maturity and set targets for transformation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders in Corporate Finance areas.
• Compile and secure alignment on business requirements and IT scope.
• Drive proposal development from concept to approval.
• Stay informed about relevant internal technology platforms and external tech trends.
• Act as a technology advisor and champion for IT transformation.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders in IT Annual Operating Plan and funding processes.
• Escalate unexpected issues and guide them to resolution.
• Embrace and exemplify the PepsiCo Way through daily actions that inspire colleagues.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 10+ years of experience in an IT or technical business role.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
• Emotional intelligence and relationship management skills.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proven results in managing competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects to senior leaders in simple terms.
• Strong competency in strategic thinking and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or Finance.
• Experience in finance or supporting finance in an IT organization (preferred).
• Trained/certified in Agile methodology (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe POPM).
• Technical savvy and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
• Experience with IT managed services and business processing outsourcing.
• Proven ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups and achieve alignment.
• Strong understanding of PepsiCo’s digital platforms (preferred).
