Responsibilities:
The following are only a few of the tasks and obligations of the AV Learning Developer Internship:
- Creating learning materials that are efficient and interesting utilizing modern development technologies.
- Creating and maintaining educational materials for a specific customer group, which may include job aids, videos, graphics, and tools to assist performance in the classroom and online.
- Providing for customer demands while suggesting and creating efficient long-term solutions.
- To gather requirements and verify content accuracy, extensive collaboration with subject-matter experts is required.
- Creating prototypes, doing rapid analysis, iterative content evaluations, and working in an agile setting.
- Juggling several tasks at once while adhering to deadlines and objectives.
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of the items.
- Carrying out other ad hoc tasks as directed by Leadership.
Requirements:
Qualifications requisite
- Required education is a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent.
- Age requirement of 18 years or older.
- Must meet the requirements of the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 in order to be able to work in the United States.
- To proceed with the employment process in its entirety, you must have a current U.S. Social Security number.
Education:
- It is necessary to make progress toward a degree, major, or minor in communication, graphic design, journalism, broadcasting, and videography. The preferred majors are journalism, broadcasting, and videography.
- At least a sophomore level. Unless currently enrolled in a full-time graduate degree program at the time of application, candidates may not have an undergraduate graduation date of December 2023 or earlier.
- To qualify, you must be accepted as a full-time student at the time of application, as determined by your university.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required at the time of application.
Experience:
- Working expertise of technical writing, multimedia development, training production, or video creation.
- Advanced computer abilities in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly with Premier & Audition, and Windows expertise are required. After Effects knowledge on a basic level.
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) fundamental knowledge is necessary.
- Experience with processing and editing for audio, video, and photography is preferred.
