Responsibilities:
Request projects for pre-production in Workfront.
- Assemble the client’s scripts and other resources
- Set up shoot hours, dates, and places. Reserve and secure accommodations.
- Prepare/charge your media cards, equipment, and batteries.
Production:
- Gather the necessary tools and make as much setup preparation as you can.
- Understanding of how to set up microphones, tripods, cameras, small lights, etc.
- Aiding with set preparation
- Helping with the hair, makeup, and outfit
- Scripts being printed
- Serve as a runner for the actors and crew, distributing messages or items.
- run the errands that are given
- No shooting experience necessary
- slating images and video
- helping to maintain continuity between shoots to guarantee that the script is read and executed
- help with equipment return and breakdown
- Post-Production: Collect graphics or separate media from the client and give it to the editing team Help with project management of editors (e.g., prioritizing edit flow).
- Place all media cards in the proper folders, then arrange them on the servers.
- Tell the team when the media will be ready.
Requirements:

Fluency in the following software is preferred:

- Dropbox

- Knowledge of the following software would be nice:
- Following Effects Premiere Pro
