Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of making sure our clients have a positive experience throughout the sales and onboarding process as a part of the sales team. Through email, Zoom conversations, and other channels of communication, our insurance advisors engage directly with our clients to provide them with advice on the right coverages for their businesses and assist them in meeting the needs of third-party contracts for coverage.

Jobs Held:

  • Determine the risk profile of our client, provide them with licensed expert advice on proper risk management best practices, and help them acquire coverage.
  • Organize and carry out daily sales tasks, such as making Zoom calls to clients, answering emails, and entering the necessary information into our CRM.
  • Provide prompt, reliable responses to client inquiries and concerns, as well as follow-up and follow-through.
  • Keep your pipeline in good condition and work with your management to examine it.
  • Make sure customers are able to use and feel at ease with the tools and services offered by the Vouch platform.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Arts
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance business in sales, brokerage, underwriting, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Able to move quickly and perform well in a hectic setting
  • Possesses the competitive spirit to surpass others and keep refining both hard and soft abilities.
  • Dependable, upbeat, meticulous, and has outstanding follow-through abilities
  • Property and Casualty License, Active/Current
  • Capacity to navigate unclear and challenging circumstances and achieve success
  • Demonstrates initiative in solving problems when faced with resistance
  • Empathy with a purpose. The capacity to establish rapport and trust fast while preserving the conversation’s structure and goals.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with commercial P&C insurance lines
  • Exposure to and enthusiasm for high growth environments and/or early-stage startups
  • Familiarity in using several communication platforms and a CRM (Salesforce, ZenDesk, etc.)
