The Instructional Designer II will collaborate with various departments and teams within Cox Automotive to create innovative and effective learning materials. Responsibilities include analyzing learning needs, designing multimedia content, managing project timelines, and developing resources to support learners. The candidate must have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and graphic design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience
• Proficiency in multimedia development, graphic design, instructional design, and business and collaboration software
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

Drug Testing: Pre-employment drug testing is required, except for marijuana.

Compensation: Base salary range: $57,800 – $86,800 (may vary by location and experience), with the potential for additional compensation through incentive programs.
