Position Description:
Neon Flux is seeking an experienced Influencer Manager with a specialization in social media and influencer marketing to lead our influencer campaigns. This role involves creating compelling content programs across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer campaign ideas in collaboration with the creative team.
- Create content proposals including industry research, goals, themes, audience insights, and implementation tools.
- Stay abreast of real-time trends across social platforms for campaign development.
- Strategize with the Influencer team to align creator activities with partner brand objectives.
- Understand Influencer/Creator needs to deliver beneficial solutions.
- Negotiate deals, draft contracts, and identify new social channels for influencer content.
- Provide weekly updates and reports, managing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Organize final content for cross-functional use and create new iterations for digital channels.
About You:
- Passionate and well-versed in TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms with knowledge of current trends.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a creative/social media marketing role, preferably in creative agencies or in-house brands.
- Deep interest in influencer and branded content.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Independent, yet collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in creating influencer briefs and content calendars.
- Up-to-date knowledge of major social platforms and emerging trends.
- Proactive, detail, and solution-oriented.
- Quick learner receptive to direction and feedback.
- Creative and innovative with skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut).
- Proficient with social media and influencer scheduling/prospecting tools.
