Responsibilities:
- Various implementation projects with different sizes and scopes are led concurrently by the Implementation Manager.
- Leading deep discovery sessions with customers to understand their business and purchasing processes and building the AB solution based on customers’ technical requirements and goals are the responsibilities of the implementation manager.
- Monitoring the solution’s execution (including its technical setup, testing, change management, adoption, and quality of delivery) to ensure that we live up to our high standards set by our customers
- Assessing program risks, foreseeing difficulties, and offering escalation management when needed * Managing change to drive and accelerate spend adoption
- Educating customers on best practices for utilizing Amazon Business solutions and effectively communicating proposed solutions, project updates, and risks to customers and Amazon Business Leadership
- Achieving or surpassing goals for feature and/or client spend adoption
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as tech, marketing, sales, and product, to scale solutions that will boost customer adoption and elevate AB’s offering
Requirements:
PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree or its comparable
- Proficiency in converting customer demands into business specifications – Expertise in pitching and closing creative solutions to both new and current clients and market niches – Understanding of procurement and payment sources at large corporations
- A minimum of two years’ experience in B2B installation or service delivery
DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS
- Five plus years of experience implementing procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions for enterprise customers – Influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the CEO level – Change management experience
