Responsibilities:

• Mentor supervisors in performance management, employee interactions, and providing feedback.
• Encourage staff members to resolve conflicts with one another. Take the lead in developing a new yearly review procedure. Support staff members’ professional growth.
• Put procedures in place that promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Assure adherence to all applicable employment laws, state and federal regulations.
• Encourage the creation and implementation of policies, practices, and procedures that are consistent with our strategic plan and values.
• function as a vital component of our administrative staff and take on any assignment that helps the company run.

Requirements:

• HR bachelor’s degree or a similar field
• seven to ten plus years of experience working in HR for a small company
