Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute HR policies and procedures for the entire organization.
    preserving personnel records in accordance with national and local labor laws and guidelines
  • Maintain and oversee Rapptr’s employment process and career board, communicating with both internal hiring teams and candidates.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, conduct performance reviews, and offer general assistance to staff members.
  • assist with managing payroll and benefits
  • Maintain discretion when handling employee relations and mediating or resolving disputes among employees.
  • Create, mail, and monitor client invoices
  • As needed, assist Rapptr’s executive team members with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of HR expertise, with administrative experience preferred
  • Understanding of domestic labor laws, HR policy, and best practices
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, payroll management services, and/or benefit management platforms
  • Outstanding multitasking, organizing, and time management abilities
  • Capacity to act with honesty, discretion, and professionalism at all times
  • A degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
