Position Description
Addepar is helping leading financial firms unlock the power of informed, data-driven investing and advice through their tech and data platforms. The company is now expanding its business and is seeking a highly skilled GTM Systems Business Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the GTM Business Operations (BizOps) team within the GTM Strategy & Operations function, with a focus on implementing and maintaining the technology systems utilized by the GoToMarket teams. The candidate should be a proficient communicator and enjoys tackling complex problems that require integrated cross-functional understanding.
Responsibilities
– Manage the strategic vision of the business operations team as well as the day to day workload which includes prioritization of inbound requests and initiatives.
– Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency across all GTM systems and tools such as CRM, CPQ, and other relevant applications.
– Manage the sales operations technology budget and vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Sales) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs acting as project owner.
– Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into solutions to support key business unit stakeholders.
– Participate in projects to document requirements, scope solutions, and develop solutions.
Qualifications
– The ideal candidate comes with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems and business process operations.
– Priory experience in SaaS software industry is required and financial services industry is a plus.
– Understanding of sales processes and implementation of Salesforce.com
– Knowledge of CPQ and CLM software and has experience working with MS Office and Google Suite.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. MBA is a plus.
