Position Description

Bundle, an innovative virtual employee professional development and wellness platform, is seeking an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess the skills required to effectively communicate Bundle’s mission, recruit new organizations and drive bottom-line growth as it relates to revenue and customer acquisition. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing inbound/outbound lead generation campaigns in both digital and traditional channels, including but not limited to organic and paid search, paid social, and retargeting efforts.

Responsibilities

– Employ HubSpot to create drip and nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, and engagement points for acquired traffic.
– Closely collaborate with marketing department to improve on-page and monitor technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization) requirements.
– Analyze campaign performance with defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and use closed-loop analysis to suggest improvements.
– Proactively identify and invest in effective tactics to generate prospects using the most lucrative channels, such as website, paid and earned media as well as social media.
– Ensure the smooth flow of leads to the commercial relationship management (CRM) software from the marketing automation software and routinely assess the process for maximal efficiency.
– Work in tandem with sales and marketing to ensure proper reports are generated to monitor leads as well as opportunities/deals.
– Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and test new growth marketing channels.

Qualifications

– A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
– 4-5 years of relevant experience in B2B growth marketing or tech demand generation
– A proven track record of cost-effectively scaling market spend and driving profitable growth
– Previous management or supervisory experience
– Start-up experience is preferred
– Experience in leveraging HubSpot to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions and ROI’s
– Experience with technical SEO and on-page
– A wealth of experience in developing innovative campaigns, e-mail marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital and executing these campaigns
– Strong budgeting and problem-solving abilities
– Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
