Responsibilities:
You’ll do the following as a UI Innovation Design Intern at The Hangar:
- Develop and direct service recovery experiences and procedures, as well as the passenger/employee experience and visual design throughout the travel trip (at home, at the gate, in-flight, in-airport, etc.).
- For varied experience concepts, create wireframes, maps, and flows.
- Utilizing innovative tools and methodologies, prototype experiences and services
- Best practices and benchmark airline, travel, and non-travel experiences
- To ensure the success of our numerous passenger/employee experience projects, use your technical and functional expertise.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment that are necessary to achieve goals.
- Utilize data (both new and old) to suggest and deliver creative ways to continuously enhance goods and services that put “humans first”
- Develop deliberate, comprehensive ideas by working with a heterogeneous team of business strategists and technological engineers.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for UI/UX design
- Self-starter able to work both independently and with others
- Curiosity and the desire to delve deeper into subjects
- Good narrative skills, creative thinking, and the ability to provide relevant business, design, customer, and cultural context
- The ability to prioritize and multitask between numerous tasks and stakeholder needs.
- Paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Understanding of a topic’s essential elements without the advantage of in-depth knowledge or detail
- the capacity to succeed in unclear circumstances with little or no direct instruction
- Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
- Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
- Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
