Responsibilities:

You’ll do the following as a UI Innovation Design Intern at The Hangar:

  • Develop and direct service recovery experiences and procedures, as well as the passenger/employee experience and visual design throughout the travel trip (at home, at the gate, in-flight, in-airport, etc.).
  • For varied experience concepts, create wireframes, maps, and flows.
  • Utilizing innovative tools and methodologies, prototype experiences and services
  • Best practices and benchmark airline, travel, and non-travel experiences
  • To ensure the success of our numerous passenger/employee experience projects, use your technical and functional expertise.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment that are necessary to achieve goals.
  • Utilize data (both new and old) to suggest and deliver creative ways to continuously enhance goods and services that put “humans first”
  • Develop deliberate, comprehensive ideas by working with a heterogeneous team of business strategists and technological engineers.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for UI/UX design
  • Self-starter able to work both independently and with others
  • Curiosity and the desire to delve deeper into subjects
  • Good narrative skills, creative thinking, and the ability to provide relevant business, design, customer, and cultural context
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask between numerous tasks and stakeholder needs.
  • Paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of a topic’s essential elements without the advantage of in-depth knowledge or detail
  • the capacity to succeed in unclear circumstances with little or no direct instruction
  • Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
  • Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
  • Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.

WHAT (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE

  • Having extensive familiarity with design applications, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, and wire-framing
  • Acquaintance with digital technology
