The Government Programs Compliance Manager will oversee the daily operations of Amazon Health’s Government Programs Compliance pillar, supporting Amazon Pharmacy (AP), on behalf of Amazon Health Service (AHS). By cooperating on corrective and preventive action plans with stakeholder teams (such as Data Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations), the applicant will be in charge of guaranteeing pharmacy revenue integrity and evaluating any potential overpayment issues. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement a successful potential overpayments approach to guarantee the integrity of pharmacy revenue
- Examine any overpayment issues and update the Sr. Manager of Government Programs Compliance, the AP Compliance Officer, and the AHS Chief Compliance Officer on their status.
- Make sure deadlines are reached, and escalate as necessary
- By attending business meetings, job shadowing to gain greater knowledge of the people, systems, and procedures in each department, and establishing a regular frequency of meetings to discuss potential overpayment issues, you may create and maintain strong business partnerships.
- Act as a resource and subject-matter authority for compliance with regard to making claims to government healthcare programs

- Drive the end-to-end fulfillment of compliance activities and goals in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Influence without formal power to guarantee that potential overpayment issues are given top priority
- Work together to create plans for corrective and preventative action.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Business, finance, marketing, or a similar field as a Bachelor’s degree. recommended is a master’s degree.
- 3+ years of compliance experience in healthcare
- Possibility of traveling up to 10% (Domestic)
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- A doctoral degree (PharmD, MBA, JD, etc.)
- CHC Accreditation
- Knowledgeable about the pharmacy and/or healthcare industries
- Exceptional verbal and written communication Data analytics experience
- A track record of producing results
- Able to conduct discussions with stakeholders with ease
- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
- Self-driven and competent to work on their own
- A track record of managing conflicting priorities
