Position Description

Sonos seeks an ambitious and diligent Global E-Commerce Campaign Manager to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate market campaigns to determine customer behavior patterns for our audio-visual retail products. We desire an individual who can integrate their ecommerce knowledge with their strategic and analytical skills to convert campaigns from ideas, through implementation, to optimization.

Responsibilities

– Strategize and organize global GTM campaigns, product sustain and merchandising efforts
– Develop plans and workflows to lead execution and decompose requirements into experience scripts for creative teams
– Communicate updates across cross-functional partners, CRM, paid media and other channel leads
– Ensure timely asset handovers between Brand Creative team and E-Commerce Campaign team
– Conduct experience reviews with key stakeholders
– UAT on all experiences tied to a given campaign/initiative
– Report and analyze all activation-specific data, to determine the impact on future learnings and events
– Post-mortem all production processes and make reports available to different levels of the organization

Qualifications

– A minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-commerce marketing, merchandising or program management role in-house, particularly within a brand, digital agency or systems integrator
– Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing or a related field
– Strong analytical skills, and the aptitude to craft compelling narratives around data
– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableaux, Omniture and HTML/CSS.
– Ability to facilitate execution of multiple complex GTM campaigns in a dynamic remote working environment
– Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and experience in AB testing/optimization platforms such as Optimizely is a plus
– Strong interpersonal and prioritizing skills, with project management experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
– Talented at articulating business requirements, into user experiences and providing objective feedback
– Proficiency in Google docs (collaboration), Jira (issue and work tracking), and Confluence (documentation)
