You will play a crucial part in developing, supporting, and maintaining the tools and system that underpin our proprietary trading platform as a Fullstack Developer on the Nascent engineering team. You will be a crucial member of our trade team, helping with everything from building high-impact products and scalable software to resolving challenging design issues. If you have a proven track record of implementing quality engineering methods inside lean agile development teams to create world-class tools and products, you might be the ideal candidate for this post.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the upcoming phase of the best investment platform in the world by architecting, designing, and testing the code to ensure robustness and stability.
  • Participate in the design of interfaces and system architecture
  • Operate throughout the stack, from front end to API to back end
  • Take complete responsibility for a number of elements, including design, execution, and upkeep.
  • Participate actively in a lean agile development team.
  • Apply and advocate for good engineering practices.

Preferred circumstance

  • 3+ years of full-time experience in software engineering.
  • Experience with quality methods, verification, and validation, for example, outside of testing
  • Experience developing production-level, scalable, and effective apps with frequent release cycles
  • Engineering with a focus on performance, including concurrency, streaming data, and multi-threading
  • Small-scale systems and distributed systems
  • Knowledge of React, Python, and Mongo
  • AWS DevOps experience in some capacity (Docker a plus)
  • Rust interest or experience is definitely a plus.
  • Knowledge of protobuf and gRPC is advantageous.
  • A major advantage is having experience developing trading systems, although excitement for cryptocurrencies is a requirement.
