To join our team, we’re looking for a professional and experienced front-end developer/designer with expertise in Figma, Adobe Animate, art direction, graphic design, and quality control. The ideal applicant should be passionate about producing stunning and useful web designs and have the ability to convert those concepts into clear and effective code. You will be in charge of creating and maintaining front-end web apps in this position so that they may satisfy our clients’ and users’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Use Figma to work with designers to build and implement stunning and useful web designs.
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to convert designs into high-quality, responsive, and effective front-end code.
• To achieve smooth front-end and back-end code integration, collaborate closely with back-end engineers.
• Create various-sized HTML5 banner advertisements.
• Mastery of Adobe Animate.
• Maximize the performance and scalability of online applications.
• Review the design and the code to make sure it is of a high standard and follows best practices.
• Create and manage design systems and style standards to ensure uniformity across all web apps.
• Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions on design and development choices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization’s design standards.
• Participate in the general planning and creative direction of the tasks the organization undertakes.
• Verify client files for quality assurance, paying close attention to every detail.

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in a similar subject.
• At least three years’ experience working on the front end of a website.
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of graphic design and art direction.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Knowledge of how to make HTML5 banner advertising of different sizes
• Mastery of Adobe Animate.
• Ability to operate both independently and in a team, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate successfully with project managers, designers, and developers.
• High level of attention to detail, particularly with relation to client files and quality control.
• Fully configured for remote work (with tools)
