Seeking a capable individual with a self-starting mindset who can prioritize tasks and is adaptable to support both local and remote technology executives in Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP). By managing sensitive and difficult administrative chores with little guidance and by closely collaborating with the direct leaders team to deliver excellent service and support, this function enhances the team’s overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests should be screened and prioritized.
  • Handle a complicated calendar and be able to arrange for executive teams working in different time zones to have last-minute, urgent meetings.
  • Help with routine departmental duties such as scheduling conference rooms, placing supply orders, managing routine maintenance, and upgrading office equipment—including laptops, mobile phones, and test devices—among others.
  • Own and maintain the Slack and email distribution lists for your company, broken down by region and role.
  • Provide office support by helping with location-based events, filing expense reports, monitoring deadlines for organization, ordering supplies for the team as needed, managing issues pertaining to IT and office services, and acting as a point of contact for the team when they have questions. If they don’t already know the answer, this resourceful person will find it for them.
  • Obtain resources, greet and onboard new hires, and see to it that they have a smooth start.
  • Organizing and coordinating travel.

Requirements:

Prerequisite Education & Experience

  • Three to five years of experience in administration or a related field
  • The capacity to operate in a variety of teams while providing excellent quality and professionalism to both internal and external team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to build rapport with Chiefs of Staff and other executive assistants in order to support and balance vital business requirements
  • Self-starter who can work well in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere and who is eager to go above and beyond the call of duty

  • Utilize critical thinking abilities to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • the capacity to act with solid judgment on the executive
  • Excellent time-management and organizing skills to actively assist the executive

Optimal Qualifications

  • Competent in creating dashboards for portfolio analytics on platforms like SmartSheet or others
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Keynote, and/or PowerPoint as presentation tools
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite, especially in regard to making videos and graphics
