Position Description

Coalition, a world-class insurtech company, is looking to hire an Executive Risks Manager to work on special projects. In this role, you will oversee strategic, analytical, and operational projects to enhance carrier relationships, create innovative insurance products, and manage insurance operations. You will work with senior executives, carrier partners, and cross-functional teams to drive and support risk management growth efforts while ensuring that relationships remain strong.

Responsibilities

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and launch insurance products, enhancements, and initiatives.
– Manage carrier partner interactions on a daily basis across various growth, product, and compliance functions.
– Lead efforts to create policy forms, endorsements, and rating models for existing and upcoming products.
– Guide carrier audits and perform requested analysis.
– Analyze data to identify KPIs and translate results and trends into actionable insights.
– Collaborate and communicate internal and external analysis, insights, and results.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management industries.
– Demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities with a keen sense of business judgment and strategic and operational execution.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate contractual, financial, technical, and value points with partners and internal teams.
– Self-directed and self-motivated; able to work with minimal oversight.
