For the digitization of client onboarding and management, the Executive Director of Product Management is in charge of defining attractive, practical, and sustainable solutions that address consumer expectations and supporting development throughout the whole product life cycle. You will collaborate closely with the leaders of CVS Caremark in developing the plan for the digital transformation and coordinating the departments’ approaches to problems and financial gains.
Responsibilities:
- Control a group of product managers who carry out the plan and strategy for the product.
- Defining and quantifying the strategy’s anticipated advantages in collaboration with CVS Caremark Leaders.
- Building cross-functional relationships, strategic thinking, and achieving results.
- Possessing the ability to persuade people, develop fruitful working relationships, and explain a clear vision and goals.
- To guarantee that product teams have a consistent, client-centric culture and employ common practices to promote excellence in roles and function, product managers should be trained.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: Maximum: 297,250 Minimum: 131,500

Requirements:
Required credentials
- Minimum experience in product management of seven years
- 10+ years of advanced leadership experience in a challenging matrixed workplace is necessary, as is the capacity to exert influence at all levels.
- 2+ years of expertise in guiding system adoption and integration are necessary.
- Product Creation Product management lifecycle
- Comprehensive knowledge of the connections between the PBM’s supporting functions, including the effects of implementing and supporting regulatory healthcare components.
- Extensive knowledge of complex, strategic installation and maintenance procedures, including responding to RFPs submitted by potential clients and avoiding performance guarantees
- To ensure predictable results, program and project management, as well as the development and administration of integrated plans, must be established and administered in collaboration with the clients.

Preferred Requirements
- Understanding of current benefit operations management technologies or software, like RxClaim, Formulary Management System, SFDC, and Tableau
- Knowledge of industry improvements in clinical and basic PBM functions (such as use of AI for adjudication)
- A working knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Competencies for Advanced Organizational Leadership
- Methodologies for formally improving processes (such LEAN/SS, CMM-I, ISO)
- Influence the continual improvement of processes that have an impact on the area of ownership upstream and downstream (for example, medical affairs, clinical advisors, account management, networks, digital, etc.).
- Perform cross-functional root cause analysis in accordance with best practices for Caremark Service Excellence (e.g., Medical Affairs, Clinical Advisor(s), Account Management, Networks, Digital, Product, Configuration, Quality, etc.).
