Boldly is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide remote administrative support to high-level executives. This role offers flexibility, 100% remote work, and the opportunity to choose clients based on company values and personal preferences. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, assist with email management, and perform various executive admin tasks. There are no night or weekend work requirements.

Location: Fully Remote

Requirements:

• 7+ years of administrative support experience, with a focus on executive assistance
• Proficient in calendar management
• Experience with executive travel coordination
• Email inbox management for senior leaders
• Advanced knowledge of online software (Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Maintain appointment schedules and calendars
• Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel
• Make travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings
• Handle executive correspondence and initiate phone calls
• Manage multiple email inboxes for executives
• Handle expenses and provide customer/supplier support
• Other executive admin tasks as needed
