Responsibilities:
As a Boldly employee and executive assistant, you will be essential in delivering first-rate administrative support. You’ll be able to select the clients you work with according to your tastes and the company’s and organization’s principles. Working as an executive assistant, you’ll use your expertise to complete a variety of duties, such as:
- Keeping track of calendars and appointment schedules
- Organizing and arranging travel, conferences, and meetings
- arranging for travel, including booking a hotel and a flight
- Making the most of the executive’s time by typing letters and papers, gathering and evaluating data, reading, investigating, and forwarding mail, and making calls for their behalf
- Handling several executive email accounts
- Controlling spending
- Offering assistance to clients and vendors
- Additional executive administrative duties as required
Requirements:
You have at least seven years of experience working as an executive assistant in a fast-paced setting, supporting several high-level executives, in a senior administrative support role. Required Skills and Experience:
- 7 years or more of direct, hands-on experience required in an administrative support job, such as senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive assistant (generic administrative experience gained in another capacity is not acceptable).
- four years or more of expertise managing an executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- two years or more of experience arranging business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- two years or more of expertise monitoring and arranging senior executives’ email inboxes
- advanced familiarity with web programs like Zoom, Office365, Google Workspace, and other well-known productivity applications
- the capacity to easily multitask and prioritize tasks as needed
- Well-organized and with exceptional time management abilities
- the capacity to pick up new tools fast
- Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities Proficient in writing
