Responsibilities:

• Build and analyze testing frameworks and tools alongside the core technical team to guarantee product quality.
• To maintain system stability, create automated testing procedures for the front-end, back-end, and production systems.
• Own and lead the technical team in implementing best practices for testing into the SDLC process.
• Test features, commit code to the staging area, and confirm that updates won’t affect working systems.
• Daily smoke testing of the production and rapid resolution of any crashes.
• Be able to set up systems for end-to-end testing and have startup experience.

Requirements:

• Experience designing test automation frameworks and pipelines for 6+ years at quick-moving product-based firms.
• Knowledgeable about Selenium or other backend API testing frameworks, including Postman, JMeter, and those that can be integrated with CI/CD.
• Having familiarity with the web3 ecosystem, the Ethereum blockchain, and associated toolkit (such as Metamask).
• The capacity to understand tradeoffs, deconstruct difficult issues, and create effective solutions.
• Strong communication abilities with empathy, able to collaborate and successfully handle divergent viewpoints and potential conflicts between teams.
• Web3 commitment is necessary.
