Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the core team to design, develop, implement, and maintain new platforms and product features from conception to completion.
- Develop technical expertise and mentor team members as they create cutting-edge multi-chain web3 user experiences.
- Utilize your knowledge of AWS technologies to work with the team to make well-informed judgments about architecture design and deployment pipeline.
- Transform high-level designs into systems that are ready for production by engaging in intelligent problem-solving and navigating ambiguity in the design process.
- Consider the ramifications of your work and how it affects the lives of actual people in order to put users first.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in product-based businesses, including 2+ in web3 organizations
- Strong programming language skills in Java, Go, and well-known databases like MySQL and AWS.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of web3 technologies, including web3js/ethersjs, the Ethereum blockchain, and its tool stack (such as Metamask).
- Demonstrated aptitude at addressing design uncertainty, complex issue analysis, and intelligent compromise.
- Strong communication abilities with empathy, able to collaborate and successfully handle divergent viewpoints and potential conflicts between teams.
- Web3 commitment is necessary.
Good to Haves
- Knowledge of testing backend integration and troubleshooting performance concerns.
- Understanding of Kubernetes.
