Position Description

RVO Health is in search of an Engagement Product Manager who will be responsible for enhancing the user engagement and creating a better health-related experience on Healthline.com for millions of users that visit. The candidate should be well-versed in different product management strategies and be able to lead a team in successfully implementing effective product features.

Responsibilities

● Devise and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer engagement using Healthline.com, in addition to raising awareness of RVO Health and its e-commerce offers.

● Use data research insights to thoroughly understand the audience’s needs before developing a product roadmap that creates an exceptional user experience.

● Establish KPI goals to evaluate the success of product features and ensure alignment across several business teams.

● Work closely with product design and engineering leaders to coordinate product launches and guarantee there is viability, feasibility, and desirability of all features.

● Conduct competitor analysis and market research to create personalized and differentiated experiences for users.

Qualifications

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably B2C

● Expertise in product development tools, concepts, and processes such as A/B testing and agile development methodologies.

● A track record of launching successful web products or features with deep user engagement.

● Bonus: Experience developing engagement content for eCommerce or media companies, using content management systems, or having a passion for health and well-being.
