Position Description

Signify Health Inc. is seeking an End User Support Technician to provide technical support to Signify Health’s internal employees and infrastructure. This is a full-time, experienced level position with a bit of required travel.

Responsibilities

As an End User Support Technician, you are required to provide day-to-day support for end-user desktop issues (hardware/software), respond to and resolve tickets in Jira queue, keep tickets up to date, check and maintain conference rooms, manage local office inventory, and create and update SOP and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

The applicant should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2-3 years of successful IT work experience in IT support. The applicant should also have experience supporting GSuite and Microsoft Office Suites, supporting internal applications, and have prior experience with both phone and desk-side support, web-based technologies, imaging applications, and ant-virus software. A Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training and experience is preferred, and possessing a CompTIA A+ Certification and ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
