Position Description:

We are looking for a motivated Electronics Lab Technician to work on ground-breaking products with our team. Working with other cross-functional teams as well as the system engineering team is a requirement of the position.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years working in small engineering labs in a related field
• basic knowledge of analog and digital circuits
• the capacity to carry out mechanical assembly and electrical rework based on a short amount of training.
• able to use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, impedance analyzers, and similar devices to test, validate, and debug finished reworks and assemblies
• SMT PCBs can be reworked, repaired, and modified down to 0201/01005 package size.
• Excellent optimization, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• capable of functioning on Apple machines running OS X.
• passion, perseverance, morality, and outstanding talent.
• a team player with strong communication, writing, and bargaining abilities.
• capacity and willingness to pick up new abilities

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the development of prototypes.
• Aid engineers in identifying the source of failures.
• The capacity to oversee the sourcing of quick-turn prototype boards and comprehend schematics.
• Navigate PCB layout files and, if required, write thorough rework instructions.
• Use Excel or numbers to analyze data and clearly convey it.
• Promote quality, security, and safety.
• Manage the organization and supply of essential parts for quick prototyping.
• Control many, strict deadlines.
• Have the ability to cooperate with different teams to complete tasks.
• Make intricate alterations to circuit boards or other products.
  Knowledge & Experience
  Preferably with technical AS/BS or similar work experience
