Responsibilities:

Your primary employment duties will comprise, but not be limited to:

  • Being the “buck stops with me” executive for all studio production (video, audio, and photo) related to a cutting-edge facility while managing a staff of multi-skilled, diversified operations and production specialists.
  • Develops and implements studio strategy that takes both operational and artistic needs into account.
  • Outlines and guides the Studio’s vision, makes plans for change and acts as its leader, regardless of its size or scope.
  • In collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, represents the interests of Production.
  • Develops models and bench talent to support growing demands across Studio staffing and physical executions; takes the initiative in the now and the future.
  • owns the studio’s responsibility and daily operations, ensuring that goals are completed, costs are kept under control, and maximum production is attained.

  • The Studio Manager can establish a plan to manage the studio smoothly after gathering a variety of comments from various stakeholders. Your capacity to create a strategy, manage operations, and reach agreement among many points of view is crucial since you will be reporting to the Head of Integrated Production. You will be in charge of making sure that there are enough resources available to satisfy the demands of both internal and external partners. You possess technical expertise in both the capture of video and photographic content, and you are a pro with a number of widely used operations and scheduling tools. You are able to assess issues, convey solutions, and lead strategic projects while working with ambiguity.
  • You enjoy creating processes, eliminating bottlenecks, discovering and documenting best practices, and you have the ability to organize your ideas into official reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal, reporting, and communication skills; proactive, organized, and quick to think.

  • 10+ years of direct people leadership (preferable with large teams, including direct and indirect)
  • 7+ years of experience in management, operations, or studio production environments
  • 10+ years of expertise in controlling big financial budgets and objectives
  • 10+ years of experience in a cross-functional workplace where several stakeholders affect the content
  • 10+ years of expertise with scaled production shots with budgets ranging from modest to substantial
  • 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and executing content supporting a variety of outputs—quick turn, serialized, and longer lead
  • independent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and Power Point
