Position Description

CommerceHub, the leading e-commerce network used by top retailers and brands worldwide, is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to join their Marketing team. As a remote-first company, the candidate will work collaboratively with the Marketing team, planning and overseeing day-to-day operations of their marketing campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the CMO to develop new marketing strategies and modify existing ones to create the right technical solutions. This senior-level position includes mentoring team members and meeting KPIs to ensure campaign targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain technical infrastructure essential for achieving marketing targets.
– Utilize technical tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense, along with creating HTML email templates and web letterheads to achieve campaign needs.
– Collaborate with leadership teams to formulate Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies, and select the appropriate tools.
– Create and oversee budget management processes for the marketing team.
– Mentor, assess, and onboard team members.
– Generate data-driven reports that measure global leads and track Return on Investment (ROI) of campaigns.
– Implement innovative tools to optimize efficiency.
– Keep up-to-date with current marketing trends.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

– 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in a SaaS software environment.
– Proven success in marketing campaigns and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Excellent communication and project management skills.
– Attention to detail.
– Data-driven.
– Effective collaborator within marketing and sales.
– Exceptional knowledge of various Marketing tools and their usage.
