A Director of Marketing and Sales is needed to join a remote team at a cutting-edge healthcare start-up that specializes in the treatment of chronic pain and related illnesses.
You will have the exciting chance to establish and manage a high-performing marketing team as the company has ambitious ambitions to open up to 40 new clinics by the end of the year in addition to its current clinics in Utah, Illinois, and Georgia. To promote strategic growth, establish the brand presence, and encourage clinic visits that will transform lives, this function needs collaboration with the sales contact center, agency vendor partners, and internal stakeholders.
Salary: Base pay ranges from $80k to $120k, with bonuses totaling up to $120k based on demonstrable outcomes (TC Ceiling = $240k/year).

Responsibilities:
Digital strategy and agency collaboration:
- Oversee existing agency partnerships, create new ones, and take the lead on the brand’s digital strategy.
- Create and carry out multichannel integrated digital marketing campaigns using SEM, Paid Social, SEO, Web, Organic Social, Broadcast TV, and Print Mailers.
- Make sure all consumer touchpoints—from the first time a customer sees a digital advertisement to the sales team scheduling a patient’s first appointment—are consistent in their messaging and branding.
- To maximize ROI and promote business growth, track campaign results, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to your plans.
B2C and B2B Marketing
- Promote our services directly to prospective clients (B2C), using focused marketing strategies to create awareness and draw clients.
- Create and implement a thorough B2B marketing plan to involve hospitals and primary care doctors, promoting referral programs and cultivating partnerships to broaden our network.
- Work along with the sales call center staff to guarantee excellent communication all along the client journey.
Collateral Design and Creative Production
- Oversee and provide strategic direction for the production of creative work and materials
- Develop effective marketing materials in collaboration with outside teams, vendors, and/or agencies while adhering to brand standards and overarching marketing goals.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of combined marketing and sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally at a “concierge clinic”
- Solid digital marketing background with expertise in SEM, Paid Social, SEO, and other digital channels
- Prior management expertise in coordinating marketing initiatives across various media and managing agency partnerships
- Familiarity with the trends and laws affecting the healthcare business
- The capacity to operate as the subject matter expert (SME) in marketing and to provide strategic direction
- Demonstrated capacity to create and manage effective marketing teams
- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility and agility to function in a start-up setting that is growing quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar subject. Advanced education is a bonus
