Position Description

Thirty Madison is looking for a Director of Information Technology to join the Core Technologies team. The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for leading the IT effort for the company, while also fostering growth and development on a team of Helpdesk Technicians and System Engineers. The ideal candidate will embody the Thirty Madison mission and provide access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

– Develop an organization-wide IT strategy that aligns with the business’s needs and drives clear and high impact technology for the company’s next phase
– Mature IT team members and align the use of internal tools with software that the engineering organization builds
– Support Thirty Madison as an operational organization, including helpdesk requests, employee onboarding, and employee offboarding
– Ensure our company can effectively communicate and collaborate with each other regardless of where they are in the world

Qualifications

– A history of successful leadership and ownership within an IT organization.
– Mastery of modern IT practices, including cloud-based software tooling and vendor management.
– Comfortable working with geographically distributed partners and teams.
– An exceptional ability to learn new technical skills and master new problem domains, with the flexibility and desire to seek new challenges.
– Outstanding customer empathy and collaboration skills, along with a continual desire to inform, evangelize, and educate others.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
